Q:  When will my order ship?

A:  Orders placed by Noon EST normally ship the same day, Monday-Friday and some Saturdays (not including holidays).  There may be a delay in processing your order if the billing address does not match what the credit card company has on file or when shipping to a different address.

 









Q:  When will my order arrive?

A:  Note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed, shipping charges will not be refunded for packages ariving later than expected. Shipping days only include business days and are from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. USPS delivery business days do not include Sunday or holidays. UPS delivery business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. If you need an order by a certain date contact us and we'll gladly help you choose the shipping option with the best chance of making it in time.

USPS First Class Mail can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive, USPS Priority is usually 1-4 days to most of the US.  USPS Express Mail is usually 1-2 days.  UPS Ground can take up to 5 days, depending on your location.  

Example: An order placed at 5pm Eastern on a Thursday (after our noon cutoff time) will ship Friday at the earliest, selecting UPS Next Day will have the order arrive on Monday (if not a holiday), it will not arrive on Saturday.

 









Q:  My package didn't arrive when the tracking said it would.

A:  The tracking info given on USPS.com and UPS.com is often inaccurate, USPS First Class can take several more days longer than the estimated delivery date to arrive.  USPS.com will sometimes show Sunday/Holiday delivery dates for Express Mail that are "Guaranteed", this only applies with extra services that are not included in the standard Express Mail service that we use (USPS hides this in their fine print).  As noted in the previous question delivery dates are not guaranteed, shipping charges will not be refunded for packages ariving later than expected.

 









Q:  What shipping methods do you offer?

A:  We offer USPS (First Class, Priority, and Express mail) and UPS (Ground, Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day Select).

 









Q:  If I select "Free Shipping" how will my order ship?

A:  Orders with free shipping may ship by any of the following services at our discretion: USPS First Class, Priority, or UPS Ground.  If you require a specific shipping method you must select it during checkout.

 









Q:  Does "Free Shipping" apply to return shipping of my upper that I sent in for work?

A:  No, we have a minimal fixed shipping charge for return of items sent in for a shop service.  Insurance can be purchased to cover the upper on its way back to you.  Our fixed shipping is USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, other options are available by contacting us.

 









Q:  Will I have to sign for my package when it is delivered?

A:  By default most orders under $500 will not require a signature at time of delivery, conversely, orders over $500 will be send signature required unless previous arrangements have been made.  This does not apply to high package loss/theft areas such as California, New York, etc.

 









Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

A:  We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa).

 









Q:  What is your return policy?

A:   We accept returns of items in new condition within 30 days of purchase.  Our complete return policy can be found at: Shipping & Returns

 









Q:  How do I return an item?

A:   Send us an email with your order number and items that you want to return and we will get back to you with instructions.

 









Q:  Can I pick up an order instead of having it shipped?

A:  No, we are not able to offer picking up of orders at this time.

 









Q:  Do you export?

A:  No, we are not able to export most parts with a few exceptions such as slings and nylon gear.  Unfortunately, this includes to APO addresses, but if you are deployed feel free to contact us and we'll let you know if we can export what you need.

A:  Yes, we offer a discount for active duty LE/MIL please contact us for details.
