Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Operation Parts or purchasing Operation Parts products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Operation Parts or to purchase Operation Parts products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Operation Parts. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

Return Policy

Operation Parts offers a 30 day return, refund and exchange policy. You must contact Operation Parts by email at sales@operationparts.com prior to any return, refund, or exchange to receive an RMA number. Any items retuned for a refund, including those that were shipped for free will have the shipping/insurance cost deducted from the amount of the refund.  All returns must include a copy of your receipt, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone number(s), contact email, and RMA number. The returned items must be received by us no later than 30 days from the date you received the order, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply.  Items that are unused and with the original packaging can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund. If you dispute the charge with your credit card company the order will no longer be returnable.  Shipping charges are not subject to refund under any circumstances. Some items may not be returned including special orders, any tools, custom work, modified or assembled items such as installed handguards, optics that have been mounted in rings, clothing, ear plugs, closeout items, etc.  This list may not be all inclusive, contact us with any questions regarding this policy before placing your order.  Defective products must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service. It is recommended that any shipments containing items for return are sent with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Operation Parts cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us. Please note that the Post Office does not offer tracking capabilities on packages.  Any packages that are refused by customer or are unclaimed at the post office will be treated as a return.

Shipping

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, shipping charges will not be refunded for packages ariving later than expected. Shipping days only include business days and are from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. USPS delivery business days do not include Sunday or holidays. UPS delivery business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. If you need an order by a certain date contact us and we'll gladly help you choose the shipping option with the best chance of making it in time.  USPS First Class Mail can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive, USPS Priority is usually 1-4 business days to most of the US.  USPS Express Mail is usually 1-2 business days.  UPS Ground can take up to 5 business days, depending on your location. 
Example: An order placed at 5pm Eastern on a Thursday (after our noon cutoff time) will ship Friday at the earliest, selecting UPS Next Day will have the order arrive on Monday (if not a holiday), it will not arrive on Saturday.

Warranty Disclaimer

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Most manufacturers will warranty their products, therefore all warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.  To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Operation Parts disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Operation Parts does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Operation Parts does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Operation Parts shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Operation Parts has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Operation Parts product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Operation Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Operation Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Operation Parts shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Operation Parts without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Operation Parts may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Operation Parts.

Miscellaneous

Impersonation of others, including a Operation Parts or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
