Description   The Vltor CASV-M Flip Up Front Sight Made exclusively for the NEW Mid-Length CASV Handguard!  The new CASV-M Front Sight can be installed on the forward part of the CASV-M Handguard.  When folded down, it is no taller than the Picatinny rail section = truly a snag free, out of the way, back-up sight.  When deployed, the CASV-M front sight is the same height as the standard "F Marked" front sight base and uses the same standard M16 front sight pin (included). When using a low-profile gas block or a gas block without iron sights, the CASV-M will accept a specially designed flip-up front iron sight that mounts to the upper forward portion of the CASV-M chassis. This is ideal for any short barrel and/or short gas system. This front sight system comes with all mounting hardware
