Description   This spanner wrench is utilized to tighten our free float rail systems threaded ring. Previously all free float rail systems on the market today utilized a strap wrench to tighten the threaded ring. Strap wrenches are hard to use and often times don’t leave the operator feeling confident that the threaded ring is tightened to the proper torque. Daniel Defense has engineered the spanner wrench and slotted threaded ring to ensure that the installer has the threaded ring tightened to the proper torque to mitigate the possibility of the rail system coming loose.
